Boizen

Artist Gretchen K Deahl has introduced Boizen, the Silly, a character from her DEI Dancers series described as a joke-cracking performer who dances with a hula hoop and is defined by a desperate, deadly serious need for humor. The character comes with playful rules, including a warning not to cry in his presence, and is presented as part of an ongoing creative art project.
