An 18-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after crashing into a car that was changing lanes on the Bukit Timah Expressway in Singapore. The incident comes amid heavy departure traffic at Woodlands Checkpoint on September 24, with tailbacks stretching from Malaysia, adding congestion pressure on the BKE.
