Caturday

Cat lovers are playfully checking in on each other's mental health by rating their mood 'on a scale of cat', sharing photos of felines in various states of relaxation or chaos. The trend, tied to the weekly Caturday tradition, uses humour to open up conversations about mental health and encourage people to talk about how they are feeling.

A nature photograph credited to wildlife photographer Roy Toft is being shared with tags covering photography, wildlife, cats and Caturday. The image fits into the regular weekend tradition of posting cat pictures, and it is drawing small but steady engagement from nature and photography enthusiasts in the community.
