Chabany

Air raid alerts were issued for Kyiv and the Kyiv region as Russian aerial targets, likely drones or missiles, were tracked over multiple districts including Osokorky, Holosiivskyi Park, Teremky and Bortnychi, as well as Boryspil, Hatne, Chabany and other suburban areas. The 10/10 alert marks the highest threat level. Residents were urged to take shelter as air defenses responded to the incoming threat overnight.

Russian drones attacked the Chabany community in the Fastiv district of Kyiv region overnight on October 2, damaging a warehouse building, according to Ukrainian officials. The strike caused no reported casualties but is part of the continuing nightly drone assaults on Ukrainian territory, which have repeatedly targeted infrastructure and storage facilities in regions around the capital.
