Chiemsee

A photographer has shared images of Chiemsee, the large lake in the Bavarian Chiemgau region, capturing its shoreline, surrounding mountains and relaxed lakeside atmosphere. The pictures, shot on a Nikon and offered in both colour and black-and-white, frame the lake as a destination for rest and recreation, adding to a steady stream of scenic photography from the Bavarian Alps foothills.
