Coastal Endurance Array

The Ocean Observatories Initiative has redeployed three moorings at its Coastal Endurance Array, restoring instruments that monitor ocean conditions off the US Pacific Northwest coast. The moorings collect continuous data on temperature, salinity, currents and other properties, supporting research on coastal ocean processes. The work keeps the long-term observation array operating for scientists studying ocean change.
