Daiichi Life Group says unauthorized access to its HR system may have leaked personal information of about 120,000 employees, including former staff. Separately, Life Corporation is buying Hokuriku supermarket operator Arbes for up to 26.3 billion yen, a move analysts read as an effort to expand into a non-adjacent regional market.
