Yemen's Human Rights Authority, aligned with the Houthi authorities, has condemned what it describes as Saudi-led aggression crimes in the provinces of Al-Bayda and Dhamar. The statement, carried by the Saba news agency, accuses the coalition of violations against civilians. Saudi Arabia has previously said its strikes target Houthi forces and rejects allegations of deliberate harm to civilians.
