First Friday Art Walk

The Santa Ynez Valley Chamber of Commerce is preparing to hold its first Art Walk event this Friday. Details about participating venues, artists, and activities have not been released beyond the announcement, but the event marks the chamber's debut of what it hopes will become a recurring showcase of local art in the Santa Ynez community.

The First Friday Art Walk is marking the autumn season with an orange theme, according to the Sequim Gazette. The monthly event invites galleries, shops and local artists in Sequim, Washington to display works tied to a shared seasonal color, drawing residents and visitors downtown for an evening of art, refreshments and community gathering.
