Attention has turned to David Ellison's little-known acting past, before he became a media executive. Ellison, son of Oracle founder Larry Ellison, appeared in small film roles in the 2000s, including the 2006 WWII film 'Flyboys', which he also helped produce, before founding Skydance Media. His early Hollywood career is resurfacing as he takes charge of Paramount.
