Fortescue

Billionaire Andrew Forrest's Fortescue is suing a pipeline manufacturer in Australian courts, alleging a pipeline at its multibillion-dollar Iron Bridge iron ore project in Western Australia was defective and leaked at the mine site. The litigation, reported by The West Australian and The Age, targets the pipe supplier over failures at the flagship project.
