Ghassan

Ghassan, a Palestinian known for framing everyday acts like planting land and flying kites as forms of resistance through joy, was arrested in the middle of the night on Tuesday. His supporters say the arrest shows that nonviolent, joyful resistance did not protect him from the violence of the Israeli occupation, and it remains unknown whether or when he will be released.
