Leicestershire have had eight of their 27-point County Championship deduction reinstated following an appeal over a poor pitch at Grace Road. The club had been penalised after the substandard surface, which the club blamed in part on a Bollywood film shoot that damaged the square. The ruling partly eases a sanction that had badly hurt their season.
