Haute-Loire

The Haute-Loire town of Yssingeaux is drawing attention for several local stories. A resident of the town's care home who was reported missing and searched for by the gendarmerie has been found safe and well. The town is also preparing for a giant dictation event expected to draw hundreds of participants, while a child was struck by a car while crossing a road elsewhere in the region.

The horse fair in Fay-sur-Lignon, a small commune in France's Haute-Loire, is being held this Tuesday. Local outlet Zoomdici announced the event, drawing attention from residents and visitors in the region. The fair is a traditional fixture of the town's calendar, typically bringing traders, breeders and spectators together.
