Lenovo has launched the Kaitian AI host, a compact 1.6-litre desktop built for China's Xinchuang domestic technology market. It uses an eight-core Zhaoxin KX-7000 CPU paired with a Houmo LQ50 NPU delivering 160 TOPS of INT8 performance, and Lenovo claims a quantised Qwen3.6-35B-A3B model runs locally at roughly 29 tokens per second.
