Jake Romm

Former UN official Craig Mokhiber and Hind Rajab Foundation lawyer Jake Romm are accusing governments of violating their own legal obligations to protect Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and IDF soldiers from arrest. The International Criminal Court issued warrants for Netanyahu over the war in Gaza, obliging member states to enforce them, and the two argue that countries failing to do so are openly breaking international law.
