Kalispell

Kalispell residents are being asked to help protect local waterways by clearing debris from storm drains. The city's appeal encourages people to remove leaves and litter blocking drains so runoff flows properly and pollution does not reach streams and lakes. The request typically comes during fall and wet weather, when blocked drains can cause street flooding and carry contaminants into local water systems.
