Kimolos

Today marks the feast day of Venerable Methodia, a recluse venerated as a saint on the Cycladic island of Kimolos, Greece. Orthodox faithful and travel and history enthusiasts are noting the occasion, sharing her story and pointing to the island's religious heritage. The commemoration has drawn attention to one of the less-visited Cyclades.
