Lee Morgan

Jazz FM is playing Lee Morgan's 'Boy, What a Night' on air, sharing the track with listeners under its Now Playing tag. The hard bop trumpeter remains a staple of jazz programming decades after his death in 1972, and stations regularly highlight his catalogue for audiences discovering classic jazz.

Bianca Leigh, L Morgan Lee, 'Tempress' Chasity Moore, Taylor Trensch and additional performers have been announced for the Breaking the Binary Theatre Festival. The lineup news puts a spotlight on the festival's focus on trans and gender-expansive artists in American theatre, with several Broadway-recognised names among those taking part.
