Leodegar

Today marks the feast day of Saint Leodegar, the 7th century bishop of Autun in Burgundy, France. The commemoration has drawn attention alongside travel writing about the region, particularly canal journeys through Burgundy along the Loire. Leodegar, also known as Saint Léger, remains venerated in French Catholic tradition.
