The World Health Organization is marking MedSafetyWeek 2026, running from 2 to 8 November, under the message 'Don't ignore side effects. Report them.' The campaign calls on patients and health professionals to report adverse drug reactions to national pharmacovigilance systems, so regulators can detect safety problems with medicines earlier and protect patients worldwide.
