Domino's Pizza Enterprises chief executive has taken direct control of the company's Australia and New Zealand operations following the departure of regional leader Merrill Pereyra. The move puts the top executive in charge of one of the pizza chain's most important markets at a time of intensifying competition in Australian food delivery.
