Dutch production company Skoop Media has launched a new crime label, Dutch Noir, to develop crime drama series with what the company describes as range, scale and attitude. Announced ahead of international television market Mipcom, the label builds on Skoop's existing crime output, including the series MocroMaffia and Narcostad, as it targets international buyers in the global drama market.
