Music Milton

Milton Theatre is presenting a production of Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and a new review of the staging has drawn attention to the show. The dark musical thriller about a vengeful barber remains a demanding choice for regional companies, and the review assesses how the Milton staging handles its score and macabre story.

Music Milton, a music series based in Milton, is set to return for its second season in October, according to Appen Media. The announcement gives fans a date to expect new programming from the local music series. Further details about performers, venues or scheduling for the upcoming season have not yet been released.
