India's Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) and Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC) have agreed to partner on developing floating solar power projects in Odisha. The tie-up aims to use the state's reservoirs and water bodies for renewable energy generation, adding to India's growing floating solar capacity.

Canada is set to join the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking, the EU's high-performance computing network, becoming one of the first non-European countries to do so. The move would give Canadian researchers access to the bloc's supercomputers and strengthen transatlantic cooperation on advanced computing. Details of the timing and terms of Canada's participation have not been fully laid out yet.
