German police and regional media are warning parents to check their children's Halloween candy after reports of needles found inside sweets. Westdeutscher Rundruck has published a map showing where such incidents have occurred across North Rhine-Westphalia. In a separate report, police in Offenbach are investigating a body found at a local lock, believed to have a '2PAC' tattoo, and are appealing for witnesses.
