Parque Principado

The Otto family, one of Germany's wealthiest, has placed Parque Principado, the largest shopping centre in Asturias, on the market for around 350 million euros. The mall near Oviedo has been a landmark retail destination in northern Spain, and the sale has drawn attention as one of the region's biggest property deals.
