Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is bringing back Midas Touch, a beer created from a 2,700-year-old recipe that researchers reconstructed from residues found in drinking vessels in King Midas' tomb in Turkey. The brew, which blends ingredients like honey, grapes and barley, was originally developed with molecular archaeologist Patrick McGovern. Beer fans are welcoming the return of one of the brewery's most unusual historical recreations.
