Dutch research organisation TNO, perovskite specialist Perovion and Japanese packaging maker Toyo Seikan Group have announced a partnership to develop perovskite technology. The collaboration combines TNO's research expertise, Perovion's materials know-how and Toyo Seikan's industrial manufacturing capacity, pointing to commercial applications for perovskite materials, most likely in solar energy, though details of the agreement have not been disclosed.
