Potsdam-class

The Republic of Singapore Navy has launched the first of its new Sentinel-class offshore patrol vessels. The design is based on Germany's Potsdam-class ships used by the German federal police. Notably, the vessel features a distinctive white hull instead of the traditional naval grey and carries no RSS prefix, reflecting its peacetime maritime security role.
