Avio USA will produce solid rocket motors for Lockheed Martin's Precision Strike Missile (PrSM), the US Army's next-generation long-range ground-launched weapon. The deal expands Avio's footprint in the American defense market and adds a second motor supplier for the program, as the Pentagon seeks to scale PrSM production and strengthen its industrial base for long-range strike munitions.

Mach Industries has been selected by the US Army to take part in prototyping work for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 4 programme. The move places the young defense startup among contractors contributing to the Army's next-generation long-range strike missile effort, a notable milestone for the company as the Pentagon broadens its supplier base for hypersonic and advanced munitions development.
