Purvanchal

India is reacting to two fatal accidents. In Vaishali, Bihar, a boat mishap drew a warning from local MP Devesh Chandra Thakur, who urged that children not be allowed on boats alone and called for closer monitoring of evening sailings. Separately, on the Purvanchal Expressway, an ambulance truck collision killed three members of a family who were transporting a young man's body, prompting district administration response.
