Reggiana

Spezia face another stern test as they travel to Reggiana in Serie B. Coach Luca Turati's side are targeting a seventh consecutive victory, a run that would further distance them from Reggiana in the standings. Italian media frame the match as a 'trial by fire' for Spezia, with attention on whether the momentum can continue away from home.

A new episode in an ongoing series on the history of Italian football club AC Reggiana has been published on spazioreggio.it. The sixth installment places the club's late-1980s years against the backdrop of the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of communist regimes across Europe, a period the club's fans remember as the twilight of its 'anni da bere' era. The series retraces the Emilia-Romagna club's past for supporters.
