Robonaut 2

NASA's Dexterous Robotics Team at Johnson Space Center is developing humanoid robots to help astronaut crews on Moon and Mars missions. Building on 15 years of work with the Valkyrie and Robonaut 2 robots, engineers are testing the machines for tasks such as transporting equipment and operating hatches, freeing astronauts to focus on exploration work.
