Rostec

An explosion at the Krasnozavodsk chemical plant in Moscow Region has killed seven people, and about 40 have been evacuated after workshop No. 4 collapsed. The facility, owned by state defense conglomerate Rostec, produces ammunition and components for UAV protection. The plant's role in Russia's defense industry is drawing attention, with discussion linking the incident to the wider war in Ukraine, though the cause of the blast has not been established.
