Tech7 has been awarded a Direct to Phase II Small Business Innovation Research contract to build the Proliferated LEO Agile Testbed Environment (PLATE) for the US Space Development Agency. The project will provide a testing environment for proliferated low Earth orbit architectures that underpin the Pentagon's expanding satellite constellation plans.
