Sarcelles

The Paris suburb of Sarcelles is drawing attention following several incidents. A 15-year-old teenager was hospitalized after being shot in the Val-d'Oise area. Separately, a pedestrian was struck by a tramway on line 5 in Sarcelles. In a related development, a suspected mastermind behind a planned attack in Sarcelles was arrested in Spain and has been jailed in Paris. Local media are covering all three stories.
