Volcanic eruptions are making headlines across several regions. Ecuador's Sangay volcano has triggered ash advisories, while Russia's Sheveluch sent an ash cloud up to 38,000 feet (11,600 metres). In Ethiopia, an eruption has alarmed local populations, with NISAR and Sentinel-1 satellites mapping hidden magma and shifting faults to track the event. Monitoring services continue to issue warnings as activity persists.
