Jazz FM is playing "Bim-Bom" by Sergio Mendes and Brasil '66, putting the classic Brazilian jazz track back in front of listeners. The song, a João Gilberto composition, is a signature piece of the bossa nova-influenced repertoire Mendes popularised with his group in the 1960s. Listeners following the station's now-playing updates are picking it up as it airs.
