Shamrock Capital

Presidio Investors has sold Podium Entertainment, the audiobook and publishing company, to Flexpoint Ford and Shamrock Capital. The deal hands ownership of the entertainment business to two new investment firms. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
