Spartan Spectacular

Marching bands from New Hartford, Rome and Westmoreland high schools competed at the 53rd Spartan Spectacular, a longstanding regional band competition in central New York. The event marks another edition of a decades-old tradition that draws school bands from across the area to perform and compete in front of local audiences.
