Texmaco

The defence division of Indian rail and engineering group Texmaco has acquired an autonomous-technology startup for just $8,300, according to deal data. The unusually small purchase price makes the transaction more of a token acquisition than a major takeover, and there has been no detailed public comment from either company on the strategy behind the deal.
