The Ninth Wave

The Federal Police in Brazil are pressing ahead with money laundering investigations across the country. The ninth phase of Operation Unha e Carne targets laundering and other crimes, while agents seized around R$ 305,000 in cash after a bank withdrawal in Rio Grande do Sul and R$ 200,000 in Irecê, Bahia. The wave of actions and arrests has pushed money laundering to the top of search interest in Brazil.

Tulane's women's golf team finished in a tie for ninth place at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational, the tournament hosted in Hawaii. The result rounds out the Green Wave's showing in the offseason event, as the program continues building form ahead of the rest of its schedule.
