Spring Hill Elementary students are now holding classes in the former Cabell County Career Technology Center in West Virginia. The district has moved pupils into the alternate building, and local outlet WCHS reported on the arrangement. The report offers no further details on why students were relocated or how long they will remain in the former career and technical education facility.
