Washington County Community Foundation

A new fund called Emily's Light Fund has been established at the Washington County Community Foundation to support youth mental health. Details about the fund's goals, donors and planned programs have not yet been made widely available, but its creation adds to growing community and philanthropic efforts addressing mental health needs among young people in the region.
