World Snooker Tour

Northern Ireland snooker star Mark Allen has returned to competition at the Northern Ireland Open in Belfast after a six-month break from the tour. He gave an emotional interview after a defeat at the Waterfront Hall, saying he had been in a bad place, and was seen meditating between frames. World Snooker chairman Jason Ferguson said he is fully behind Allen as he deals with mental health struggles.
