Xochimilco

A new film documenting life in Xochimilco, Mexico, has given residents of the historic canal district a chance to respond directly to a United Nations report, with participants saying they felt genuinely heard in the process. The project translates the findings of the UN report into personal stories from the community, drawing attention to the area's environmental and social challenges.
