Yamuna Expressway

Nine passengers died when a Bihar-registered sleeper bus travelling to Mahoba caught fire late Wednesday night on the Yamuna Expressway near Noida International Airport. Around 35 people were on board, and several escaped by jumping through windows as flames spread. The incident has renewed concern over bus safety standards and emergency preparedness on India's expressways.
