Zelig

The comic duo Ale and Franz, stars of Italian TV's Zelig, are giving interviews about their relationship away from the stage. In one anecdote they recount how a woman walked into their dressing room and, despite their wives being present, told them "Anyway, I figured it out". The exchange has drawn attention to the pair's long partnership and the rumours surrounding it, with the comedians addressing the backstory candidly.

Searches for 'Ale e Franz', the comedy duo of Alessia Marcuzzi and Francesco Facchinetti, are climbing in Italy. Attention appears tied to renewed interest in Mediaset entertainment, with Michelle Hunziker's appearance on Zelig drawing viewers back to the network's classic programmes. The pair remain among Italy's best-known television personalities.
