dockworkers

Dockworkers and metalworkers in Piraeus, Greece, have called a strike for October 30. The industrial action, announced by the World Federation of Trade Unions, is expected to disrupt operations at the port, one of the busiest in the Mediterranean. Details on the specific demands behind the walkout have not been widely reported.
